Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 6th Annual General Meeting of Enable Trust
will be held on:
Thursday 8th February 2024 at 10:30am at New Siblands School secondary site
for the following purpose:
1. To receive the annual accounts of the Company for the period to 31st August 2023
2. To confirm Bishop Fleming as external auditors of the Company
3. To confirm One West as internal auditors of the Company
4. To note the retirements and appointments of Members and Trustees over the last year
Anyone wishing to attend the AGM, please contact the Company Secretary to confirm attendance.
